What this covers

This policy explains what information Launch Builds ("we," "us") collects through launchbuilds.com and through our outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, and paid ads), and how that information is used.

Information we collect

We collect information in a few ways:

• Business contact information we source or are given in the course of outbound outreach - name, company, job title, business email, and phone number.
• Scheduling information if you book a call through our Calendly widget - handled directly by Calendly under their own privacy policy, not stored on our own servers.
• Information you send us directly - if you email or call us, we keep what you send in order to respond and to keep a record of the conversation.
• Basic website usage data such as pages visited, standard to any hosted website, used only to understand how the site is used.

How we use it

We use this information to run outbound outreach on behalf of our clients, to respond to inquiries, to schedule and hold calls, and to operate our own business relationship with you. We do not sell your information to third parties.

Opting out

If you receive an email from us and don't want further contact, reply and let us know, or use the unsubscribe option in the email - we'll stop reaching out. If you'd like any information we hold about you removed, contact us using the details below and we'll act on it.

Data retention

We keep business contact and outreach records for as long as reasonably needed to run the outreach itself or to comply with a legal obligation, and remove it on request where we're not required to keep it.
